![]() ![]() So, story liabilities aside, Hershel can be let go as a character because we don't need him anymore. But like I said, we can't lose Michonne yet. Michonne is obviously the bigger threat, there is a hatred between them. Because honestly, in that moment, I feel like The Gov would have killed Michonne instead of Hershel. Personally, I felt like that would make more sense. He would offer to stay behind because he wouldn't be able to keep up with her, and he would want The Governor to stay occupied with at least one prisoner. I personally felt like there should have been a scene where Hershel helps Michonne to escape, and sends her back to the prison. That's a little cheap, but we just can't. From a story telling perspective, we can't lose Michonne yet. Yes, everyone's favorite Daryl (I'm personally not a fan)Īnyway, as to why he died. Even Daryl called him a tough son of a bitch. He had unlimited shot gun ammo when he had 2 legs, and with one legs, this man is just as good at dealing with zombies as anyone else. Also, "Internment." Hershel manages everything in that cell block, and he even picks up a zombie and tosses it out of the way. So, when Hershel is faced with fighting zombies, he seems to be able to do it. In "Home" when the bus crashes through the gate, Hershel is able to fend off many zombies while hiding himself in the grass. We simply ask that you keep those discussion of piracy elsewhere, and not on this particular subreddit.įor anyone saying Hershel could not defend himself well, I'd beg to differ. ![]() We understand that certain users have limited access to the show, and can only obtain it through illegal means.
